MediaTek Dimensity 900 Specification

The MediaTek Dimensity 900 is a Mid-Range ARM-based Mediatek 64-Bit Mobile Processor(SoC), launched on May 13, 2021. MediaTek Dimensity 900 Specification includes a powerful Octa-core CPU, built-in TSMC 6nm process technology, balances between 2 high-performance cores and 6 power-efficient cores (2 x 2.4GHz – ARM Cortex-A78, 6 x 2 GHz – ARM Cortex-A55).

It comes with MediaTek’s powerful 3rd-generation MediaTek APU. It supports 3200 MHz LPDDR4x and LPDDR5 RAM up to 16GB. In addition to the Octa-core CPU, the SoC comes with an integrated ARM Mali-G68 MC4.

The SoC also comes with a Mediatek 5G Modem (120 MHz bandwidth, 256QAM NR UL 2CC, 256QAM VoNR / EPS fallback) and Mediatek wireless system that supports Wi-Fi 4, Wi-Fi 5, Wi-Fi 6, and Bluetooth 5.2.

It comes with MediaTek’s latest ISP (108MP single camera and 20MP + 20MP Dual camera), HyperEngine 3.0 for Gaming, and it also supports an ultra-smooth display 120Hz, Full HD+ display.
