The Apple A13 Bionic is a Flagship ARM-based Apple custom design, 64-Bit Mobile Processor(SoC), launched on September 10, 2019. Apple A13 Bionic Specification includes a powerful Hexa-core CPU, built-in 7-nm process technology, balances between 2 high-performance cores called Lightning running at 2.66 GHz and 4 power-efficient cores called Thunder running at 1.6 GHz (2x 2.66 GHz – Lightning and 4x 1.6 GHz – Thunder).
It contains 8.5 billion transistors and an 8-core Neural Engine, that can perform 10 trillion operations per second (TOPS). It supports 2133 MHz LPDDR4X-4266 RAM (dual-channel) up to 12 GB. In addition to the Hexa-core CPU, the SoC comes with an integrated Apple Custom A13 Bionic 4-core GPU.
The SoC also comes with an Apple modem ( GSM / CDMA / HSPA / EVDO / LTE / UMTS/HSPA+) and Apple wireless system that supports Wi-Fi 4, Wi-Fi 5, Wi-Fi 6, and Bluetooth 5.0.
The A13 Bionic benchmark scores are impressive in various tests. The Apple A13 Bionic Antutu Score is 629879. In A13 Bionic Geekbench, (a benchmark that measures CPU performance) the score for Single-Core is 1335 and the Multi-Core score is 3523.
